ABOUT ME

My name is Tanja Ramona Nebel, most call me Tara.

Out of a deep turn on by the research on how to be alive as a human being and actually feel a deep YES to this human existence, out of a longing to re·member the vastness and simplicity of what it means to be alive, out of a desire to dwell with you in the beauty of life – I am opening these portals and welcoming you into these transformative temples of embodied aliveness and holistic intimacy.

I am a lover and researcher of life. I studied psychology, was trained in a variety of body therapy methods and group facilitation, and am deeply dedicated to an ongoing exploration of what it means to be human. My greatest teacher is the unfolding of life in every moment. I am constantly listening, while merging my intuitive wisdom with scientific and mystical knowledge. Throughout the past twelve years, my emphasize was especially on the topics of love, sexuality and embodiment. Deeply rooted both in spirit and matter, I bring the medicine of the heart. My spaces come with a great sense of safety and permission, allowing you to drop deep into the exploration of your authentic self, your soul calling and your unique expression of aliveness in all its forms. My curiosity knows little limitations; the space within wide, to empty myself again and again, to receive you in your uniqueness, to learn with you, to open those portals and welcome the hidden mysteries of life – with love.
